Lion Gate

Lion Gate, currently under construction, is comprised of 2 independent buildings. The first is a 6 story, 96,000 sf - 9,000 sm Residential building. It consists of a Ground Floor with lobbies and arrival Porte Cochere, 4 floors of 2 apartments each, and a Penthouse of 9,000 sf - 850 sm. Each apartment is accessed via private elevator. The Penthouse includes a private lobby at the Ground Floor. The second Building houses the tenant amenities and is housed in a gated Villa sitting across a private lane from the Residential building. Here there will be a Gym, Yoga studio, wellness & beauty salon, grand ballroom, Private cafe & Cigar Lounge. Once again, the Developers APD invited us to the project, along with Michael Aiduss Interior Design. The Project is expected to be completed in late 2022.
