52 Black street

52 Black Street is a 20,000 sq. ft, 1,900 sq meter Residential development in the Melbourne neighborhood of Brighton. We have partnered with Nicholas Day, who was the lead Architect on the Project Exterior. Exterior refinements & Interiors were led by us in partnership with the developer’s PBA & Co and the Megan Sharp Interiors team. This new building, currently completing construction, will house 5 luxury residences. The inspiration for this building was the light, Mediterranean feel of the seaside Melbourne neighborhood in which it sits, and the Art Modern style of the early 20th century Cote D'Azur.
