Built as a second phase to the commercial project at 100 South Street, Greenport, NY. The wine bar and restaurant occupies a prominent corner in the development. A strong exterior/interior relationship was established using the extensive wrap-around porch, large windows & shaded patio. In an echo to the former general Store that had once occupied this site, the interior of the restaurant mixes 19th Century commercial motifs with modern finishes & materials.
