A new, ground up, mixed use (Residential/Commercial) building in Greenport, NY on Long Island’s east end. Here I made use of the rich local vernacular and positioned the building on the site to create a small courtyard at the corner of the site, intended as an outdoor dining area for the proposed restaurant. The project holds three commercial spaces on Ground floor and 3 rental apartments on Second floor.
